Device Drop (E2EE File Transfer)
Securely transfer files between devices with a 6-character code and end-to-end encryption (E2EE) in your browser. No account required.
End-to-end encrypted (E2EE): your file is locked in your browser before upload. We only keep that locked file for 15 minutes, and we cannot open it.
How it works
- Choose a file and create a temporary 6-character drop code.
- Your browser locks the file before upload, so the server only gets unreadable data.
- Open Device Drop on another device and enter the same code (and optional passcode).
- The file is downloaded and decrypted locally in the receiving browser before expiry.
Drag and drop a file here, or
Recipients must enter the drop code and this passphrase to open the drop.
Verification is required before upload.

Yes. Files are encrypted in your browser before upload and decrypted in the receiving browser. The server only stores ciphertext and cannot decrypt file contents.
Drop codes expire 15 minutes after they are created, so send and download within that window.
Yes. The upload limit is 10MB, because Device Drop is designed for quick, short-lived file transfers.
